This picture of John Gertsch was sent to me by John Neely. Neely was the Battalion PIO in late 68 or early 69.
John is receiving a Silver Star. It was one of several.
Pictured to John's left (right side of photo) is Charley Knott. The Tiger in the middle is not known. The guy on John's left is wearing the name tag "Tay". Anyone who can identify anybody else in this photo, please email me.
